This post is about my Uncle Buck Payday Loan and what happened when I didn’t pay the loan back.
I turned into a bit of a Payday Loan addict and had numerous loans from a number of payday loan companies.
One day I woke up and decided that enough was enough and I wasn’t going to pay for any more extensions or roll overs. Thus the end result was that I did not pay my Uncle Buck payday loan.
I was taking out payday loans to cover payments for other payday loans as well as fund my gambling addiction.
I am pleased to say that I no longer gamble or take out payday loans. Lessons have certainly been learned.
What happened when I didn’t Pay Uncle Buck?
Anyway, when I did not pay my Uncle Buck Loan I received the usual e-mails telling me that payment was late and that I could roll over and repay my loan on the my next payday.
I choose to ignore this simply because I wanted to get out of the habit of rolling over my payday loans and also because doing so would defeat the object.
After several months the account was transferred to a debt collection agency. The agency being called Debt and Revue Services. I am now in an arrangement to pay with the Debt Collection agency and will be for some time. I find Debt and Revenue Services to be all right so far as Debt Collectors go.
I was charged extra charges for defaulting on my payday loan with Uncle Buck. I don’t think much more interest was added beyond what was due.
All in all the experience was not very stressful and so long as I keep on making my repayments I don’t hear anything from anyone about the loan.
