This is a review of Wage Day Advance, a UK-based Payday loans provider.

I used Wage Day Advance to get a small loan and I thought I would write this review to share my experience.

I can’t remember what the money was for, but at a guess is was to keep me afloat during my reckless lending and gambling spree.

My Application with Wage Day Advance

The application was straight forward as it usually is with a Payday Loan provider. I provided all the requested information and was approved for my requested loan of £150. Too easy in my opinion.

I received my funds on the same day and I didn’t experience any issues with that side of things.

Payment Difficulties

Like all my Payday loans, I fell into default with my Wage Day advance loan, you can read more about that on this blog. I made an arrangement to pay and this was accepted.

Wage Day Advance were quite reasonable offering me a number of options to try to pay off my debt. In fact they were one of the better lenders when it came to sorting out an arrangement to pay.

In the end I was unable to pay my arrangement so the account was referred to a Debt Collection Agency. I am now in an arrangement to pay with the collection agency and haven’t had any problems since.

I also managed to get most of the default charges refunded as well which has helped reduce the balance I owe.

Concluding my Wage Day Advance Review

Wage Day Advance are another company that provide what they say, a Payday loan. I didn’t have any trouble and they were quite reasonable when I was not able to repay my loan. This is a lot different from some of my other payday lenders.

However, if you are in debt I would recommend avoiding taking on extra credit as your finances are already strained. Try to seek alternative ways to get money to avoid falling into the Payday Loan Trap.
