If you are in Debt and are struggling with the situation, it can be a great help getting advice and help from a not for profit organisation.

You could seek help from an organisation that charges you for their services but I am not sure why you would when you can get help with your debt problems for free.

Listed below are some not for profit organisations who can help you with your debt problems. They do not charge for theirĀ service and can offer free impartial advice about your own situation.

Self Help with Debt

If you would like to set up your own debt management plan you can. It is a bit of work to get going but if none of your debt is priority debt then it may be an option available to you.

I am using a Debt Management Plan to keep on top of all my debts. Like I say it is a bit of work at first (I had 23 creditors to start off with), but it can be done for less complicated debt problems.

If you have a lot of debt outstanding and it will take you some time to repay it then a debt management plan might not be best option for you. After all you want to get things sorted in a reasonable time frame.

    I really appreciate the contents of your Debt blog, it’s amazing how you have coped with your debt problems.

    Really people like you are giving me the carriage cope with our huge debt problems, sorry it’s my first time posting comments into a blog.

    I hope to keep in touch with you as I am going through a serious debt problems after my IVA was failed after 3 years, and I am 50 years old with 3 young children’s , not being able to work for the last 8 months, and have been diagnosed by my GP with Depression due to my Debt worries.
