In case anyone is wondering where the update was for the end of last month, well I have decided to change things a little bit.
Instead of posting monthly, I am going to post every three months. The reason I have decided to do this is because my debt only decreases a little every month, with the odd exception.
Rather than bore everyone with pretty much the same post each and every month, I will bore everyone with the same post every three months. It will also mean I should have more to write about so ultimately it will be better for everyone. I can’t make any promises though!
In terms of what has been happening with my debts since my last update, the answer is not a lot really. Things have been very quiet to be honest which is always good. I haven’t managed to settle any of my debts and everything is the same as it was last month, except I owe a bit less.
Virgin Mobile Complaint
You may remember when I wrote about how my Virgin Mobile account was written off on the back of my complaint to Virgin about the data they were sending to my credit report. Well the plot thickens. The debt is still written off but Sigma Red, who are collecting the debt, have not been told and are still chasing me. I am still in discussions with Virgin Mobile about this so hopefully they will put a stop to it soon.
In terms of other news, visitor traffic has been steadily increasing to the blog, I think now is that time of year where people are thinking about going on holiday but are worried about debt. Lots of payday loan queries have come through to the blog this month so far so hopefully it has helped a few people with their concerns.
So at least now you know why there hasn’t been an update. I will let you know how I am getting on with my debt in September which will also mark the blogs second year running.
